This policy explains what information Coastline Wellness (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Email list: your email address and, optionally, your first name.
• Reviews: your name, email (kept private), what you attended, an optional rating, and your review. Reviews are only shown on the site with your permission.
• Contact, ambassador and partnership forms: the details you enter, such as your name, email, social handles, business name, and message.
• Sunny, our chat helper: the questions you type are sent to an AI service to write a reply. We don’t save chat conversations; your current chat is kept only in your own browser until you close the tab. Please don’t share sensitive personal or health information in the chat.

This website does not use its own advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Embedded TikTok videos are provided by TikTok (see below).

How we use it

• To reply to your message, application, or inquiry.
• If you joined our email list, to send you updates about Coastline classes, events, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information.

Services we use

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare Workers AI also generates Sunny’s chat replies.
• TikTok plays the community videos embedded on our pages. When a video loads, TikTok may collect information under its own privacy policy.
• Heylo handles class registration and payments. When you book on Heylo, its own privacy policy applies.
• Gmail is where we receive and store messages you send us.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and email-list sign-ups for as long as needed for the purpose you shared them for. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
